The Poes blond is a blond unfiltered top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The beer is fruity with a slight alcohol note at the back of the tongue. The use of a very high quality bitter and aroma hop ensures a bitterness that is nicely balanced. In turn, the herbs used provide the pleasant freshness and reference to flowers and citrus.
