1. RETURN POLICY
Before returning items, please contact MoreMalt.com.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will follow. Please make sure you have included your contact information with the return and, if possible, include a tracking number and a brief description of your problem.
MoreMalt.com recommends requiring a receipt and package ID for the return from the parcel service, as it facilitates return tracking if necessary. MoreMalt.com will refund eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to which we can refund the money. The easiest way to communicate this to us is via email.
1.2 NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Several types of goods are excluded from return. Goods such as granules, which need to be stored dry, cannot be returned, as we have no control over their storage on site. Other non-returnable goods are: gift vouchers, downloadable software, certain health and care items. Opened packages (broken seals) will also not be accepted. If in doubt, contact us by email.
1.3 SHIPPING
To return your products, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You must send your product to: MoreMalt.com, Geraardsbergen, 9500, Brugstraat 6, Belgium
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged item may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
