Product Details
A fresh brut beer based on barley, fruity hop varietals and the addition of grape juice.
Aged for 3 months in Chardonnay wine barrels followed by a refermentation in the bottle. Followed by a traditional "remuage" to remove the yeast with the addition of a liqueur de tirage.
