Aged for 3 months in Chardonnay wine barrels followed by a refermentation in the bottle. Followed by a traditional "remuage" to remove the yeast with the addition of a liqueur de tirage.
The Bush Caractère is a filtered high-fermentation beer based on malt, hops, natural sugar, water from the brewery's underground and the exclusive house yeast that has been raised for 80 years
