Background: This beer is the result of a collaboration between Espiga and Roses and Torrades. It pays tribute to Pliny the Elder, an author and natural philosopher, and Pliny the Younger, a lawyer and magistrate. Both Plinys were uncle and nephew, which inspired the name "Pliny the Oncle".
