Powder form. Contains diammonium phosphate.
Recommended for smooth fermentation of fruit, vegetable and flower wines.
Dosage : 3 - 6 g / 10 l.
Product and effect.
Increases the ammonium and phosphate content in juice. This improves the nutritional base for the
yeast. Yeast cells can multiply well and alcoholic fermentation is less problematic.
The product tends to clump. This can usually be remedied by gently kneading the bag.
Storage
Store in a dry place, away from light. Can be transported at ambient temperature. Packagings that have been
opened should be sealed tightly immediately.
