Hine VSOP H by Hine Cognac
Hine VSOP H by Hine Cognac is an elegant and lively cognac, known for its finesse and delicacy. This cognac is a blend of more than 15 different eaux-de-vie, sourced from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, and aged for a minimum of four years.
Flavor Profile:
Ingredients: The cognac is made from Ugni Blanc grapes, grown on chalky soils in the Fine Champagne region. The eaux-de-vie are double-distilled and aged in lightly toasted, fine-grain French oak barrels.
Background: The House of Hine has a rich history dating back to the 18th century. Thomas Hine, a young Englishman, settled in Jarnac and married the daughter of a cognac producer. He took over the business and expanded trade beyond France. Today, Hine focuses exclusively on the Fine Champagne regions and manages 115 hectares of vineyards.
Serving Tips: Hine VSOP H by Hine Cognac is versatile and can be enjoyed neat or as an ingredient in cocktails. Try it with a splash of cold tonic, cider, or ginger beer, garnished with a twist of lime, cucumber, or rosemary.
