White beers are typical wheat beers where the mash consists of 30% unmalted wheat with oats sometimes mixed in. Coriander and orange peel (curaçao) are added to the wort during boiling, resulting in the typical refreshing taste.
White beers are usually unfiltered and are slightly cloudy. The alcohol content is between 4.5% and 5%.
