Tårt-Kaggen - 33cl

Tårt-Kaggen is a collaboration between Omnipollo and Närke Kulturbryggeri. This beer is a "pastry" version of the famous "Kaggen" and is a heather honey imperial porter. After extensive aging in steel, the beer was transferred to selected bourbon barrels and received a distinctive Omnipollo® cake treatment.

Flavor Profile: This beer has a complex flavor profile with notes of coconut, honey, vanilla, and bourbon. It is very sweet and reminiscent of a dessert, with a full, warming finish. The bourbon barrels add an extra layer of depth and complexity to the taste.

• Heather honey
• Coconut (raw and toasted)
• Madagascan vanilla
• Bourbon barrels (Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill)
• Various malts
